1. Avocado

2. Dark Leafy Greens
Eat more dark leafy greens such as kale, spinach, beet greens, turnip greens, bok choy and Swiss chard among others. These veggies contain a lot of antioxidants that fight oxygen-stealing free radicals that cause reproductive problems such as formation of ovarian cysts. They are also rich in magnesium which helps decrease painful cramps associated with ovarian cysts.

6. Flaxseeds
Flaxseeds contain omega 3 fatty acids that reduce inflammation in the body, helping inflamed ovarian cysts. It also contains lignans that are phytoestrogens; chemicals that mimic estrogen. Lignans help stabilise the estrogen-progesterone ratio in the female body, which helps regulate ovulation. They also inhibit aromatase, an enzyme which produces estrogen, which reduces the chances of ovarian cyst formation due to high estrogen levels.
You can add ground flaxseed to pancake batter, smoothies, oatmeal and porridge to consume it daily.

Mix crushed garlic pearls in raw honey and infuse for 3-5 days. Consume one garlic pearl every day.
