In the wedding season approaching, every girl wants to look perfect in summer.
Naturally, your floppy chest and arms don’t help, and to tighten these parts, you do not need heavy exercises. Fortunately, you do not need any special equipment, only desire and perseverance is important.
Below are some exercises that should become part of your everyday life. (There is no limited duration for each exercise, but try each one for at least 30 seconds).
EXERCISE 1
Stand upright with your head up. Stretch your hands upward alternately, and when your hand is up, tighten your fist as if you were picking something from a tree.
EXERCISE 2
Spread your legs in shoulder width and lower your body forward so that your back is parallel with the floor. Relax and lower your hands down, then swing left and right, moving your head in the direction of your hands.
EXERCISE 3
Lie on your stomach and put your hands behind your head. Raise your chest from the floor and lift your head. Try pushing your elbows forward while you lift your head, and keep the feet attached to the floor.
EXERCISE 4
Stand upright and stretch your arms forward with your palms placed up. Get thick books or small weights. Spread your hands aside, then return them to the starting position and repeat.
EXERCISE 5
Stand upright and relax your shoulders. Put your arms forward with your hands straight and alternately cross your hands one over the other – left on the right and right on the left.
